• Please arrive on time for your scheduled lesson to make the most of your session. • If you arrive late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time due to other bookings. • Parents are welcome to wait during the lesson in designated waiting areas.

• Piano lessons are offered on a weekly basis, with a commitment of one Victorian school term (usually 10 weeks per term). • Payment for lessons must be made in full at least 7 days before the term begins. • Payments are accepted via electronic funds transfer (EFT), cash, or credit card. • Tuition fees are non-refundable. • Mid-term enrollments are billed for the remaining weeks of the term (depending on availability). • Casual lessons are available for adults but not for children unless they are visiting Melbourne for a short period.

• A reminder will be sent via email or SMS if payment is not received by the due date. • Payments overdue by more than 14 days will incur a $15 late fee. • An account maintenance fee of $3.50 applies for invoices overdue by more than 30 days. • Lesson books and resources suggested by the teacher can be purchased through the teacher.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you’ll be offered a rescheduled lesson, credit, or refund. • Students who provide at least 24 hours' notice can request one make-up lesson per term, subject to availability. • Make-up lessons must be used within 8 weeks, otherwise, they will be forfeited. • If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the lesson will be forfeited. • Regular term bookings reserve a specific weekly lesson time. If frequent changes or cancellations are expected, consider casual lessons instead.

• If you or your child feel unwell, please notify me to reschedule the lesson (following the cancellation policy). • Students who are visibly unwell may not be able to attend their lesson.

• Students are encouraged to bring their own notebook for lesson notes and homework. • Required music books and other materials will be recommended and can be purchased through the piano teacher or your local music store.

• Lessons typically follow the Victorian school term calendar. • Lessons during school holidays are optional and may be booked by request.

• You can contact me directly to discuss lesson scheduling, cancellations, or other queries. • For any changes to your regular schedule or discontinuation of lessons, please notify me as early as possible.
